He combines commercial acumen with technical expertise across valuation, asset management, and development, guiding the business with a hands-on and strategic approach.

A Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in complex property management, Nick Faulkner was a founding member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (now part of the TPI), a former lecturer on the CPD circuit in leasehold best practice for the University of Portsmouth and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Nick brings strategic insight, sector expertise and entrepreneurial drive to Charlecote Estates.

With over five decades in property, Robert is a Chartered Surveyor with a history of entrepreneurial success. He co-founded Basepoint, which grew into a regional network before floating on the AIM market, has delivered major commercial developments across the UK, and is a seasoned trustee and board director.

Simon joined Charlecote in July 2026 following six years at a Brighton property consultancy. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of retail, restaurant, and office space in Brighton & Hove as well as lease advisory and investments.

In his spare time Simon supports Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex (COYS), goes to gigs, the gym and running (slowly) on Brighton Seafront.
