Luciana Teshima MA MTPI AssocRICS

Luciana Teshima is the Managing Director and a shareholder of Charlecote Residential Management Limited.

 

She has been a Member of The Property Institute since 2007 and an Associate of the RICS since 2011. 

 

She has worked in residential property management for 21 years. Over her career, she has managed portfolios of boutique, luxury leasehold blocks in prime locations such as South Kensington, Chelsea, Victoria. Her experience extends to managing large scale, mixed use new build schemes with complex budgeting and cladding remediation issues in higher-risk blocks. The biggest single scheme under her management was an Estate with 1,200 residential homes and multiple commercial units in Hampshire. 

 

Luciana’s business now offers a highly personal, professional property management service across central London and the South coast.

Client money is fully protected through a RICS-bonded statutory trust bank account in accordance with Section 42.

 

We use MRI Qube for robust accounting and property management, and Riskbase to ensure complete compliance with the Building Safety Act.

We pride ourselves on the services we provide to our clients and we hope that you do not have cause to complain.  In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied about something we have or haven't done, we have a set procedure to follow.  Please contact our office for details.

Some clients are able to take unresolved complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
